Requirements

Required Education:
You meet one of the following criteria:
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's, Masters or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology or other related majors.
Required skills:
Experience with Chemical Synthesis, HPLC purification; an understanding of cellular pharmacology is a plus
Demonstrated collaboration
Other Preferred Qualifications:
Background knowledge in oligonucleotide chemistry is a strong plus.
Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Work on state-of-the-art automated oligonucleotide synthesizers across different synthesis scales.
Actively participate in the method development and purification processes, utilizing preparative and analytical HPLC (RP & IEX) and SEC techniques for novel oligonucleotides.
Conduct thorough literature reviews to gain insights into oligonucleotide design and proposing and executing nucleic acid chemistry plans.
Apply troubleshooting expertise in oligonucleotide impurity profiling and demonstrating strong data analysis skills.
