The candidate must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or Bioengineering. They should have at least one year of research experience and lab skills, including nanoparticle characterization. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and align with the company's cultural values of integrity, courage, and passion.

The candidate will be responsible for designing nanoparticle formulations, developing and characterizing physicochemical properties, and designing a device system for particle size modulation at Genentech.
