The ideal candidate for the 2024 Summer Internship Program- User Experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta should have a minimum GPA above 3.0, be able to commit to a 40-hour work week for 10-12 weeks, and possess knowledge of FIGMA and HTML/CSS. Preferred majors include User Experience, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, and Graphic Design. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication, analytical, and independent work skills are sought after. Lastly, the candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and be comfortable working across time zones to meet project deadlines.

The candidate will support user experience activities for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's website and mobile app, including redesigning the website, conducting usability testing, developing a design system, assisting with user research, and analyzing UX data for product improvements.
