Qualifications include:
Junior or Senior currently pursuing a career in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Ability to work part time.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, One Drive, etc.
Possess project management and organizational skills; A passion for process improvement a bonus.
Excellent communication skills, innovative and have a collaborative spirit.
A creative eye and appreciation for content creation and trends.
Manage multiple projects and possess agility to shift priorities as needed.
Be curious and ready to celebrate life’s momentous occasions.
A passion for the hospitality industry, travel, and the Caribbean's unique culture is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Milestone Celebration Program: Develop new ideas for revenue packages for the Sandals and Beaches Resorts milestone celebrations program.
Product Development: Work in cross-functional teams, including vendors, resort operations, legal, creative marketing, PR and sales to develop new products.
Product Launches: Work with internals stakeholders/ teams to fulfill critical path milestones towards new product launches.
Creative Asset Management: Develop and maintain a streamlined system from creation to distribution of key promotional tools for marketing, social media, PR and sales.
Operational Support: Assist in the research, development of legal disclaimers, standard operating procedures, internal communication, data validation, etc.
