Requirements

  • You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree
  • You have a graduation year date of 2024 or 2025
  • You currently have valid work authorization to work in the country in which this role is based that will extend from June to August 2024
  • You are available from June to August 2024 to participate in the summer internship
  • A highly self-motivated individual
  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership
  • Proven track record in collaborating with others
  • Student that takes initiative and open to challenges

Responsibilities

  • Review best practices with our Podcast/Creator Partners
  • Develop and execute creative, quantifiable programming campaigns to drive awareness and engagement in the UK market
  • Build and handle a content calendar based around upcoming launches, editorial themes, and cultural moments
  • Take part in producing, recording, and editing podcasts in our London studio
  • Develop editorial projects
  • Provide insights and research on what’s working in the podcast space to give to the creative development team to help us make educated decisions
  • Stay-up-to-date with key industry trends, attend pitch meetings and sit in on and assist with internal development and production meetings
  • Administrative functions that you would expect while working at a production company or agency
  • Consume the media diet of a Gen-Z/millennial user, including what’s trending across TV shows, YouTube, social media accounts, email newsletters, etc.
