  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
  • Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2025 – Spring 2026
  • Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
  • Resume must be in PDF format

Responsibilities

  • Blackstone’s Summer Analyst program offers a unique experience among financial firms, enabling participants to enhance their perspective on business and investing. Strategic Partners provides the opportunity to join one of the most active and long-tenured investment teams in the secondary private equity industry.
  • The Strategic Partners Real Estate Secondaries Summer Analyst will be involved in extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of real estate funds and properties across all asset classes, including multifamily, industrial and logistics, hospitality, office and niche sectors such as cold storage and data centers, among others. The Strategic Partners Real Estate Secondaries Summer Analyst will gain valuable experience by working on secondary transactions, fund and asset-level restructurings, co-investments, primary commitments, and other unique deals. Additional responsibilities include preparing Investment Committee memos, running weekly pipeline meeting and collecting and analyzing market data for various transactions.
