Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative assistance to department executives, including diary management, scheduling, travel arrangements, drafts of correspondence, taking phone calls, preparing expense reports, and assisting with emails, tasks and contacts
  • Creating and developing visual presentations for Executive Meetings, GM's meeting/briefings, etc.
  • Supporting all stakeholders on key projects.
  • Maintaining deadlines and assuring stakeholder involvement at the right time.
  • Researching and responding to information requests from management.
  • Maintaining department correspondence and files.
  • Maintaining the European Share Files to ensure information is always up to date
  • Keeping critical paths up to date for key projects.
  • Managing monthly content visits with social media support agency.
  • Raising and processing invoices.
  • The role will be requiring travel for up to 20%.
