Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day execution of prioritized initiatives to support onboarding of new hotels.
  • Complete regular pre openings tasks, support the new hotel onboarding process, reducing the timeline of the opening process, ensuring hotel teams are focusing on property specific onboarding milestones.
  • Support the hotel's commercial and operational readiness.
  • Regularly update and refresh support materials, hotel facing documents and tutorials, knowledge articles and processes to ensure these always reflect the latest brand voice and positioning, cross functional opening tasks.
  • Support the Senior Manager and Director of Openings & Transitions Central Services with the hotel transition process.
  • Support the Senior Manager of Openings & Transitions Central Services with administrative tasks.
  • Own and deliver a number of projects, monitoring and presenting findings back to the team.
  • This placement will work with the wider Brands & Central Operations team and in particular with the Brand Performance Support EMEA team.
  • Daily support of hotels in pre-openings/transitions.
  • Complete pre-opening/transition tasks & milestones on behalf of hotels.
  • Ensure process timelines are met and all objectives are delivered on time for a successful opening/transition.
  • Support the team with video tutorials, fact sheets and similar product solutions made available to our hotels.
  • Plan and organise activities, including planning daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly openings & transition support schedules and engagements.
  • Travel may be required for internal meetings and some hotel openings.
