The internship is located in the City of London.
What is the duration of the internship programme?
The 2025 Summer Internship Programme runs for 10 weeks, starting on Monday 9 June 2025 and ending on Friday 15 August 2025.
What is the salary for the internship?
The competitive salary is £37,000 (pro rata) across the 10-week programme.
Who is eligible to apply for the internship?
We are looking for keen and motivated undergraduates who are in their penultimate year of study.
What are the key skills and qualities the company is looking for in candidates?
Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, innovative and analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity about financial markets, and have a collaborative mindset.
What will I be doing during the internship?
Interns may participate in month-end close processes, assist with financial analysis, support ad-hoc requests, work on projects to improve efficiency, and analyze financial statements.
Is there an opportunity for full-time employment after the internship?
Yes, there is an opportunity to secure a spot on the 2026 graduate programme, subject to manager feedback and final interview.
What type of training will be provided during the internship?
Interns will benefit from immersive training sessions covering industry knowledge, technical and soft skills, as well as opportunities to network with professionals across the business.
What support will interns receive during the programme?
Interns will be matched with a graduate buddy for support during the first few weeks and will have access to resources such as the Employee Assistance Programme and a private GP service.
How does the recruitment process work?
The recruitment process includes an online application form and CV, online assessments, a video interview, and an assessment centre.
