Will participants be offered a permanent position after completing the program?
Yes, upon successful completion of the program and meeting performance expectations, participants will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent, full-time, benefit-eligible role.
What percentage of time will participants spend on hands-on role experience versus cohort curriculum?
Participants will spend 80% of their time on hands-on role experience and 20% on the cohort curriculum.
What areas of Operations will the program focus on?
The program may focus on areas such as Capital Markets Middle Office (Trade Support), Know Your Customer (KYC)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Product & Strategy, or Cass Assurance.
Are there any specific qualifications required for applicants?
Yes, applicants must have previous experience in an Operations environment, preferably within Financial Services, strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn processes quickly.
What desired qualifications can enhance an applicant's chances?
Desired qualifications include knowledge of current regulations in the financial services industry, excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
