Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the support and maintenance of existing production reporting within the Data, Analytics & Insights (DAI) team. Will work with a breadth of knowledge across data tables, reports, products, distribution channels and functional areas to perform existing report maintenance, adjustments and small-to-medium enhancements. Able to manage low-to-medium complexity reporting operation functions. Works with data engineers, report developers, analysts, intake partners and internal clients to fulfill requests. Enhances processes for efficiency, makes recommendations on data table changes, report changes and creates process documentation as needed to assist the Data, Analytics and Insight team members in understanding and for risk mitigation.
  • Assesses incoming support requests and gather & recommend requirements for reporting changes
  • Accesses data from many sources and adjust or make small-to-medium enhancements to existing reporting then re-publishes dashboards
  • Maintains business-as-usual reports
  • Investigates and resolves problems with existing reports and underlying data
  • Collaborates with stakeholders, data engineers, intake partners, report developers and analysts to support reporting requests
  • Coordinates the communication and coordination of fixing reporting outages
  • Reconciles and addresses ESS (eligible subsequent sales) requests
  • Recommends and pursues process streamlining opportunities and changes to data tables and workbooks
  • Builds a breadth of business knowledge across many areas including products, distribution channels and functional areas
  • Follows established team standard operating procedures (e.g. quality control measures)
  • Creates process and user documentation
  • Conducts report consolidation
  • Able to identify for the intake team (and others) as to whether an existing report will fulfill an end users needs. i.e. have a strong working knowledge of our existing library of reports
  • Facilitate report decommissioning
