  • has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)

Responsibilities

  • support and liaise with senior members of the team on regional/global projects
  • assist and advise business areas on laws, regulations and rules that govern our day-to-day activities
  • collaborate with global colleagues to ensure that best practices are shared around the region/globe
  • perform oversight and quality reviews of daily position monitoring and disclosure submissions in accordance with substantial shareholding, short selling positions reporting as well as foreign ownership limits in sensitive industries for EMEA jurisdictions
  • process statutory reporting requests from issuers and/or agents, including checking the validity of requests e.g. based on articles of association or specific laws
  • gain knowledge in regulatory reporting requirements to ensure compliance with regulation in each jurisdiction
  • identify risks by contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes as well as driving new process ideas
