Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the development/production of new and recurring product support materials for all RBC GAM products, including mutual funds and ETFs.
  • Leverage production tools and other marketing platforms and follow established processes to aid in the update of existing content.
  • Coordinate the distribution of marketing and communication materials to the various sales teams using various content management tools and resources.
  • Coordinate and manage deliverables for the translation of product support materials.
  • Support efforts to ensure all product support materials are up to date, compliant, and maintained on our website and content management tools.
