Responsibilities

  • Perform market research and analysis, including analysis of key business drivers and market, competition and industry risk and opportunity analysis
  • Synthesize research to be used in modeling, competitive analysis, industry analysis, negotiation support and various other applications
  • Assist in preparing detailed financial models, including scenario analysis
  • Assist in preparing valuation analysis using a range of valuation techniques, including discounted cash flow analysis, comparable market multiples and precedent transaction analysis
  • Assist in the due diligence process
  • Draft marketing materials and investment memos
