Yes, candidates should be studying fields related to Built Environment, Real Estate, Architecture, Geography, Urban Planning, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, or related areas and must be in their penultimate year of study.

Yes, there is an opportunity to secure a spot on the 2026 graduate programme, subject to manager feedback and a final interview.
