  • Provide operations support for highest priority enterprise initiatives (e.g. ICX Orchestration, Global implementation of Working by Outcomes, CMG Portal effectiveness, etc.)
  • Support connections between functional parts of the organization and partner with various functions to design consistent methods to pilot and scale.
  • Identify opportunities to advance cross-organizational effectiveness and/or efficiency; support initiatives to enhance our organizational alignment and collective performance.
  • Create and support knowledge sharing tools to help build and strengthen knowledge management across CMG.
  • Support iteration of an enterprise wide map of customer, employee and patient experiences and the systems supporting them.
  • Partner with Operational Excellence Enabler on annual planning and process improvement projects.
  • Showcase your work with a final poster board presentation near the conclusion of your internship.
