Requirements

Required Education
Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8.
Must have attained a Bachelor's Degree
Must be pursuing a Master's Degree (enrolled student)
Required majors: MBA, Master of engineering in machine learning or a Master of science in data analytics
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Google Suite
Knowledge of drug development and product commercialization a plus
Masters (MS) in Project Management or MBA student with a concentration in biotech/pharma management skills or working towards project management certification with some background in biotech/pharma.
Ability to identify issues and seek solutions
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity in the workplace
Efficient, organized, and able to handle short timelines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Provide operations support for highest priority enterprise initiatives (e.g. ICX Orchestration, Global implementation of Working by Outcomes, CMG Portal effectiveness, etc.)
Support connections between functional parts of the organization and partner with various functions to design consistent methods to pilot and scale.
Identify opportunities to advance cross-organizational effectiveness and/or efficiency; support initiatives to enhance our organizational alignment and collective performance.
Create and support knowledge sharing tools to help build and strengthen knowledge management across CMG.
Support iteration of an enterprise wide map of customer, employee and patient experiences and the systems supporting them.
Partner with Operational Excellence Enabler on annual planning and process improvement projects.
Showcase your work with a final poster board presentation near the conclusion of your internship.
