Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026
All majors encouraged to apply
Strong academic record coupled with diverse interests
Ability to think critically about a range of strategic issues impacting our clients
Demonstrated knowledge in investment banking and global markets
Quantitative and analytical talents combined with effective communication skills
Enthusiastic, outgoing, and achievement-oriented character with a great work ethic

Responsibilities

As part of the Program, Summer Analysts will work on a variety of assignments including: mergers and acquisitions advisory projects, restructurings, recapitalizations, divestitures, partnerships and joint ventures. As part of the team assigned to these projects, individuals will be responsible for a variety of tasks including: preparing for and attending client meetings, financial modeling, resolving complex accounting issues, industry analysis, due diligence and new business development. Summer Analysts typically work as part of small teams and have close contact with client contacts as well as partners within the Firm.
