Requirements

We are looking for dynamic, relationship driven, motivated individuals with strong analytical and/or relationship management skills. Successful candidates should have:
Interest in Sales and/or Advisory Services within the asset management industry
Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a collegial, fast moving, demanding and dynamic environment
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Good judgement and high EQ
Impeccable integrity, trustworthiness and someone who will positively contribute to Ares’ culture of collaboration
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student, ideally majoring in Finance, Economics or Accounting
Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026
Have a track record of academic excellence and participation in campus activities

Responsibilities

Developing and executing sales strategies and tactics targeted at the financial intermediary channels
Identifying new prospective clients and building upon existing relationships in partnership with our internal and external sales consultants
Gaining a deep understanding of Ares’ product philosophy, process, objectives, and positioning
Analyzing and articulating market trends within the alternative investment industry
Studying for and obtaining a SIE FINRA license
