Requirements

Undergraduate students graduating in 2026 or 2027
Strong consideration will be made for candidates that have prior experience in Human Resources or participated in coursework relevant to HR.
Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
Experience with any HRIS, CRM, or ATS preferred (I.e. Workday, Greenhouse etc.)
Superior analytical, written & verbal communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent work ethic, time management and multi-tasking ability
Demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities
