Responsibilities

  • Under general supervision, assists with various Talent Acquisition projects, including recruitment analytics, process improvements and talent pipeline development.
  • Partners with stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity within the recruitment process to further enhance the candidate experience
  • Assists with applicant tracking system (ATS) management, data integrity, and reporting enhancements
  • Conducts market research and competitive analysis to enhance sourcing strategies and improve candidate experience
  • Collaborates with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to ensure consistency and efficiency in hiring practices
  • Collaborates on recruiting functions and activities; outreach to state and local employment resources, job fairs and trainings
  • Tracks and reports project updates, roadblocks, milestones and results regularly to stakeholders
  • Partners with the College Talent Acquisition Intern on Intern events, surveys and presentations
  • Supports various projects and tasks as assigned
