Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Human Resources, Management, Business, Marketing or similar

Responsibilities

  • Partner with corporate communications and with other relevant functions across Zebra (i.e. HR, Business Units) to engage all employees with clear and motivating I&D messaging and communications
  • Participate in programs and initiatives supporting and promoting strategic philanthropic partnerships and outreach partnerships, identifying opportunities to align with the broader work the organization is undertaking across local communities
  • Support employee resource groups and community relations teams in managing projects and executing campaigns, in alignment with I&D strategy
  • Design and distribute intern digital newsletters
  • Prepare intern surveys to quantify and qualify intern experience
  • Support intern professional and social events
  • Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
  • Increase technology knowledge and skills
  • Develop team-based work proficiencies
  • Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
