Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus on Information Sciences, Research, Social Sciences, Anthropology, Humanities, Psychology, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in qualitative research.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-starter, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in common digital tools (ex: Mural, Microsoft Excel)
  • Graduate Degree
  • Experience with popular research tool (Qualtrics, Bloomfire, Dovetail, Condens, etc.)
  • Candidates should be able to work in our downtown Toronto office 2 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Participant & Panel Management: screen, recruit, and schedule users for research studies; support the management and health of participant panels.
  • Research Efficiency: help streamline internal processes and iterate templates to decrease time for project completion.
  • Tools: collaborate on a tools strategy to enable process efficiency and quality research & feedback both for the research team and cross-functional teams (ex: product, design etc.)
  • Insight Management: collaborate on the general strategy and insights repository to collect, store, and share insights.
  • User Research: Conduct user research including observation, note taking and synthesis.
