  • This role is exclusively available to candidates attending an Allstate-sponsored event.
  • This program is designed to help you start and grow your career in Finance at Allstate. Here we work across multiple areas to provide critical analytics and consultative support to drive optimal business performance. Your 12-week internship will expose you to projects that have an impact throughout the organization. Through hands-on work, you will gain valuable experience and insight into multiple areas of One Finance.

Interns graduating with their bachelor’s and who are high performers during their internship will have the opportunity to apply to Allstate’s Finance Development Program and/or Full-Time opportunities within 360°Finance:
  • In 360°Finance, the largest finance department within Allstate, we work across multiple areas to provide critical analytics and consultative support to drive optimal business performance. 360°Finance has processes in place to provide rotational opportunities designed to enable growth and development in skills such as financial modeling, planning & forecasting, scenario analysis, business consulting and influencing. These skills are developed through movement between teams and provide opportunities to learn different aspects on the business such as Claims, Distribution, Expenses, Product, Service Operations, or Reporting & Dashboarding.
