Requirements

  • Experience preferred in Revit.
  • Experience preferred in Sketch-Up, Rhino, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and InDesign.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Must be a high school student participating in the ACE Mentor Los Angeles/OC program.
  • Applicants must be 18 or older at date or hire.

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a passionate, hard-working designer to help in the design process, 3D development, selecting and ordering finishes, assisting in organizing and preparing for meetings, incorporating designs into Revit, and help produce presentation materials.
  • Conducts basic interpretations of sketches, drawings, codes, program, and other similar material.
  • Supports project team in development of interior design documentation and presentation materials.
  • Assists in the development of a design through sketches, physical models, electronic models, diagrams, massing studies, and other visual formats to continue to project space planning, lighting, material selection, and furniture design.
  • Utilizes BIM technologies in development of three-dimensional models of interiors and their components to develop construction documents.
  • Assists in research of concept, benchmarks, materials, typology, and precedents.
