  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • This product policy role requires complex problem-solving skills, high understanding of the risks associated with Commercial Organic Content, excellent ability to audit and improve existing risk-control mechanisms through policies and enforcement, team-player vision and a true entrepreneurial spirit working across time zones. The ideal candidate has experience performing deep analysis into potential risk areas in the joint area of commercial and organic content and has the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, identify trade-offs, prioritize tasks and make decisions with limited information in high-pressure situations.
  • Become the functional owner of risk-control measurement and strategies of organic commercial products on the platform.
  • Work in collaboration with the rest of the team to support them and educate them on the different nuances of the product you own.
  • Develop and apply principles that regulate organic commercial content, which should be aligned with the global vision while incorporating local nuances
  • Collaborate with global Operations team and other internal stakeholders to improve and maintain feedback loops from front end policy enforcement activities to policy design
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including other Policy leaders, Product, Sales, Risk Control, Government Affairs, Legal and Communication teams to understand and mitigate risks
  • Build processes and structures to enable scale & effective operationalization measurement and control strategies in the Organic Commercial space.
