Requirements

  • Education/Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate studies in Finance, Management, Engineering or Real Estate
  • Experience:
  • Proven interest in real estate (any previous internship within asset management or with a focus on real estate would be considered as a plus)
  • Competencies:
  • Accomplished interpersonal skills, ability to work efficiently in a team in an international and matrix environment
  • Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capacity
  • Verbal and written communications and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Assist Client Service team in their day to day tasks, and in particular :
  • Participate to the onboarding process of AIM Alts clients : set up clients in AXA IM referentials, set up reports sending in AXAIM tools, etc…
  • Monitor the delivery of the financial reports to AXA IM Alts clients
  • Support any project aiming at improving the service (new services, improvement of operationnal efficiency, reduce operationnal risk...)
