  • Applicants should have a strong interest in art education, inclusion, and diversity, outreach and community engagement, and museum and nonprofit studies. Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills are necessary. Applicants should also have computer and technology literacy. Graphic design skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support of community artmaking studios: prepare materials and co-lead art demonstrations and kits, supporting weekly arts studio experiences, and guiding participants through arts activities
  • Support of in-gallery learning: co-leading gallery tours, preparing interpretation materials and supporting K-12 programming
  • Other program-support duties as assigned, including supporting the administration, day-of-event management, and post-event administrative and accessibility needs for publicly presented artist talks, programs and activities
