What is the duration of the Asset Management Summer Internship?
The internship will last for 8 weeks, starting on 23 June 2025.
What areas can interns be placed in during the program?
Interns can be placed in Investment teams, Global Distribution and Product functions, Chief Operating Office (COO), or Sustainability.
Is there a possibility of a graduate position after the internship?
Yes, the Internship programme serves as a pipeline to our Graduate programme, and successful interns may be invited to apply for graduate positions commencing in 2026.
What type of projects will interns work on?
Interns will work on their own projects, participate in team meetings, and have the opportunity to present their views and ideas, contributing to various tasks based on their hosting team.
Who can apply for this internship?
We are looking for enthusiastic, creative thinkers and hands-on individuals from any subject matter background who have a genuine interest in financial markets and are expected to graduate in 2026.
Are there any specific degree requirements for applicants?
No specific degrees or grades are required, as we value diverse backgrounds and the unique perspectives they bring to M&G.
When is the closing date for applications?
The closing date for applications is 30 November 2024.
Does M&G provide sponsorship for the internship?
No, M&G is unable to provide sponsorship for the internship programmes; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
What is included in the induction for the internship?
The induction will provide a grounding in M&G’s strategy, values, and clients before interns move into their dedicated teams.
Will interns have opportunities for networking?
Yes, interns will be paired with a buddy from the graduate cohort and can attend networking and social events during their time at M&G.
