What is the duration of the internship?
The internship lasts for 4 weeks, with two available sessions: Monday 9 June – Friday 4 July 2025, or Monday 14 July – Friday 8 August 2025.
Are the internships paid?
Yes, all interns will be paid the Real Living Wage.
What are the required skills for the internship?
Required skills include an active interest in the Real Estate sector, flexibility, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, good MS Office skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Is there an opportunity for networking during the internship?
Yes, interns will have the opportunity to attend networking and social events while participating in the program.
What is the application process?
The application process involves completing an online application, uploading an updated CV (and optionally a covering letter), answering initial screening questions, and participating in a virtual interview with senior stakeholders.
Can I apply if I do not have the right to work in the UK?
No, you must have the right to work in the UK by the commencement of employment.
Will I work alone during the internship?
No, you will work alongside current graduates and senior professionals on a variety of projects, and you will also collaborate with other interns on a group project.
When will interviews be conducted?
Interviews will take place from 28 April - 9 May.
Is prior experience in the Real Estate sector required?
No prior experience is required, but an active interest in the sector is essential.
What kind of projects will interns be involved in?
Interns will work on a variety of projects within the Planning and Development team, giving them practical exposure to the Real Estate industry.
