This internship will be on-site for 3-months and take place in Summer 2024.
Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must be actively pursuing a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3+ months of experience and/or knowledge in robotic electromechanical / control systems and understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings.
Preferred Qualifications:
6+ months of experience/or knowledge in the following:
Working knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Data Analysis, Query tools such as SQL, JMP, Python, or AutoCAD.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products, PowerPoint, Word, Project.
Fab related experience with background in Material Handling.

Responsibilities

These are engineering projects that span data gathering and analysis, technical specification writing, testing and validation, CAD drawing review and system map creation, equipment continuous improvement projects (hardware and software), process improvement, and managing implementation and training document creation.
