What is the duration of the Banking and Markets Spring Insight Program?
The program lasts for three days and is held in-person.
Who is eligible to apply for the program?
Candidates currently pursuing an undergraduate degree expecting to graduate in 2027 are eligible to apply.
What academic qualifications do I need to apply?
You should have obtained a minimum of 112 UCAS points at A levels or equivalent.
Do I need to have a specific degree to apply?
No, candidates from any degree subject are welcome to apply.
How does the recruitment process work?
The recruitment process takes place on a rolling basis. Applicants need to complete an online form, upload their CV, and complete a recorded video interview.

What opportunities will I have during the program?
Participants will gain insights into different banking and markets lines of business, take part in interactive breakout sessions, and have the chance to network with business representatives and peers.
Will I have a chance to apply for a summer internship after the program?
Yes, participants will have the opportunity to be considered for a place on the Summer Internship Program for the following year.
Are there any language requirements for applicants?
Fluency in English is required, and a second language is desirable.
