Applicants must be undergraduates in their penultimate year of study, on track to achieve a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline, and must have at least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at minimum Level 4 / Grade C.

The assessment process includes an online application and screening, a video interview, and an assessment centre that is in-person at the company's headquarters in Manchester.
