Requirements

  • Education/Certification:
  • Enrollment in or graduation from a bachelor’s degree program required.
  • Coursework in marketing, communications, sports management, or related field of study preferred, but not required.
  • Overall Experience:
  • Prior internship experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
  • Experience with event planning or project management a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Knowledge of the NBA, eSports, and FIFA landscapes preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Enthusiasm for sports marketing and a willingness to learn required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of NBA and eSports partnership activations, including event planning, logistics coordination, and on-site support.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor strategies, and fan demographics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager and Marketing Strategy & Communications Manager to help develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with sports enthusiasts.
  • Support the PR & Experiential Manager in managing communication efforts with league officials, team representatives, and other external partners.
  • Help prepare for the upcoming FIFA partnership launch by assisting in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional strategies.
