Requirements

  • Applicants must be in pursuit of a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, with two or more years of completed course work, and scheduled to graduate on or before Spring 2026
  • Desire and willingness to work in a team-based environment that involves coordination with staff in multiple design disciplines and remote offices
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and working well under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a heavy emphasis on Excel and Word
  • Willingness to work in the South Jordan,UT office on Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of drafting software application Microstation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Engineer-in-Training

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Bridges and Structures practice
  • Assisting designers, engineers, and project managers with all aspects of projects; project set-up, drafting, design, project coordination/organization, etc.
  • Internal coordination between groups and design teams
  • Assisting with project and team meetings
