What software will I be working with in this role?
In this role, you will be working primarily with HealthRoster and ESR (Electronic Staff Record) systems.
What kind of queries will I be assisting with?
You will be helping staff with general E-Roster queries and responding to telephone inquiries.
Will I be responsible for managing email communications?
Yes, you will monitor group email addresses and handle password resets for Employee Online access, as well as update user accounts.
Is there any data management involved in this position?
Yes, you will assist with data cleanse issues on HealthRoster and input data into various databases, as well as produce reports and spreadsheets.
Will I be involved in training activities?
Yes, you will support the administration of E-Roster training and maintain related records.
Is there a need to arrange meetings or training sessions?
Yes, you will assist in arranging meetings and training sessions, including booking rooms and handling associated logistics.
What other administrative tasks will I be expected to perform?
You will undertake tasks such as photocopying, scanning, maintaining departmental records, and providing clerical support to the E-Rostering and Workforce Information teams.
Will I be working with other departments?
Yes, you may provide administrative cover for other departments managed by the Head of Workforce systems, such as Workforce Payroll or Workforce Systems teams.
