  • Assisting with drafting contracts and responding to and/or discussing comments with attorneys
  • Updating and creating new databases of deal summaries.
  • Creating library of template contract provisions and template contracts.
  • Conducting legal research relating to contract, deal precedents and current collective bargaining agreements.
  • Liaising with other Disney legal departments throughout the company to gather information and assist department members’ legal analysis
  • Supporting arbitration hearings by performing legal research and preparing exhibits
  • Coordinating with Company business units with regards to proposals for upcoming CBA negotiations
