Responsibilities

  • Adhere to General Work Requirements
  • Support reporting systems and dashboards to track and visualise performance in the form of graphs, charts, tables, and scorecards.
  • Support the operations team in gathering the required data to complete the weekly A3’s, Monthly performance and any other reporting.
  • Support the Continuous improvement specialist to monitor additional performance data as required by the business.
  • To work with the Continuous improvement specialist to improve reporting and/or processes to develop the business in line with KPIs.
  • Other administrative duties as required by the Continuous Improvement Specialist.
