Requirements

  • Enrolled in college or university program as a junior, senior, or graduate student majoring in business or data analytics, sports management, math, or another related subject.
  • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative data analysis and interpretation.
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate multiple datasets to conduct thorough analysis.
  • Experience with data analysis, visualization, and presentation tools (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, SQL (specifically Azure Apache Spark), Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, Ticketmaster and/or Archtics, Google Analytics, Qualtrics and/or Formstack preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in market research, business analytics, customer insights and the sports and entertainment industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain flexibility, openness, and a positive attitude when balancing multiple projects, assignments, tasks, and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work on projects independently and maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis of a specific business issue to help drive future strategy.
  • Gather, clean, prepare, store, manage, and integrate data from a variety of sources.
  • Maintain and evaluate survey responses to help generate key customer insights.
  • Create both standardized reports and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Assist in crafting research & analytics reports for senior leadership.
  • Communicate results to PSE staff through presentations, written reports, and tools.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
