Responsibilities

  • Support with lead generation project for new demand (e.g. individual leads and/or buying groups) for the sales organization to pursue
  • Create and categorize a database for qualifying demands: (e.g. individual leads and/or buying groups) against established criteria before passing a lead to Sales as Teleprospecting Qualified leads (TQLs) or Teleprospecting Generated leads (TGLs)
  • Track and manage prospecting, qualification and nurture activities in the company’s sales force automation (SFA) system
  • Support with accurate weekly forecasts to marketing and sales on the volume of qualified demand expected to reach the TQL stage or qualified demand stage
  • Support sales and marketing to process inbound demand using a range of tactics (e.g. telephone, email, social)
  • Ad hoc support for the Business Development team
