  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master's degree n Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and data manipulation techniques.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Interest in benchmarking, market research, or business analysis, industry trends and the competitor landscape
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring actionable insights through effective communication
  • Project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines, in a high paced and dynamic environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
  • Prior internship or coursework experience in data analysis, benchmarking, or related areas.


  • Collect and organize data from various sources, including internal databases, industry reports, and publicly available datasets.
  • Support benchmarking studies to assess MI performance against industry standards.
  • Analyze benchmarking data to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support on preparing reports and presentations summarizing benchmarking findings and recommendations
  • Be part of developing interactive reports and tools to enable stakeholders to explore data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Support and present analysis results and recommendations to internal teams and senior management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and methodologies for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with multiple functions and teams.
