Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge of computing Hardware (Microsoft office basic hardware support).
  • Strong analytical skills with an appreciation for detail and accuracy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic hardware and networking skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 45-50 lbs (moving monitors and other equipment)

Responsibilities

  • Setting up new users, printers and workstations and providing tier 1 (phone) and 2 (in person) support to district – both in the office and various site locations.
  • Participating in upgrades and rollouts.
  • Assisting with equipment asset and licensing management.
  • Tracking, escalating, and following up on IT related issues.
  • Moving the monitors and other Hardware equipment in between sites.
