  • Assist the centralized leasing team in supporting overall leasing operations and administrative duties.
  • Handle centralized leasing activities, including prospect inquiries via phone call, SMS, email, live chat, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant interactions, leases, and property details.
  • Help development and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness to inquiries.
  • Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and industry events to stay informed about the latest developments in centralized leasing and real estate.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.
