Requirements

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to efficiently track, report, and manage multiple leasing projects and priorities while adhering to deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment, engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality leasing services.
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related major.
  • Expected graduation between December 2024 and June 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the centralized leasing team in supporting overall leasing operations and administrative duties.
  • Handle centralized leasing activities, including prospect inquiries via phone call, SMS, email, live chat, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant interactions, leases, and property details.
  • Help development and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness to inquiries.
  • Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and industry events to stay informed about the latest developments in centralized leasing and real estate.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.
