Requirements

Be enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university.
Pursing a Bachelors, Master’s or PhD degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Have a solid interest in civil engineering, materials science, and transportation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to function well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Exceptional multitasking and time management skills.
Ability to research and work independently as Woolpert utilizes a hybrid work environment meaning part time in the office and part time from home (to be coordinated with supervisor).
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D and/or Microstation a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Work as part of an industry leading team.
Gain real-world experience working on actual projects alongside Licensed Engineers that are experts in their fields.
Assist on research and analysis.
Assist on report writing and research/data presentation.
Analyze data and draw conclusions to guide public agencies.
Work as a member of a team that coordinates with other internal teams and external subconsultants and clients.
Perform tasks and solve problems with a high degree of independence.
Work across multiple disciplines to gain a variety of knowledge and experience.
