Requirements

  • Current university student or a recent graduate
  • Ability to function as a contributing member of a team
  • Strong interest in account management and client work
  • Seeks out opportunity and challenge
  • Experience balancing multiple projects at once
  • Ability to listen and communicate in a clear, coherent, and professional manner, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Supported the account management team with client work, decks, and projects.
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of client accounts, including communication, project tracking, and follow-up
  • Participate in client meetings and calls, taking notes and action items for follow-up
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for existing and potential clients
  • Engage in research to support client projects and identify new opportunities for client engagement.
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Services team as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
