Requirements

  • You are currently a 4th or 3rd year student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with GPA 3.2 (out of 4) or higher
  • Knowledge of C++ and Python
  • Familiarity with Java, MATLAB, Julia, bash is a plus
  • knowledge of Cloud-Native core principles (microservices, K8S, Docker, Helm),
  • Prior experience with software content management tools such as git and CI/CD tools such Gerrit, Jenkins, GitLab, spinnaker
  • Familiarity with Linux ecosystem and have completed projects working with the Linux kernel
  • Good understanding of signal processing, communication theory, SW design methodology, IP Networking is a plus
  • Excellent English communication, problem solving, interpersonal, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in international and multi-site teams
  • Care about diversity and inclusion, encourage speak-up environments, come with a strong can-do attitude

Responsibilities

  • Work in developing/debugging software tools which support developer’s needs, such as web-based tools, log analysis tools, debug tools, software management tools, etc
  • Participate in developing and executing tests for new 5G Cloud Native software features
  • EDA and characteristic analysis on the lab and simulation data
  • Full-stack virtualization of the 5G NR on COTS HW
  • Implement NR Scheduler and 3GPP Standards related to RRM, MAC, RLC, PDCP
  • Realization of AI powered features in Ericsson Cloud RAN products
  • Contribute to Innovation and Ericsson IPR. File Invention disclosures and Patents
