Do we support remote work?
This internship is in-person only; the selected intern must be present in the office regularly based on the intern manager's schedule.
What qualifications are required for this internship?
Candidates must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program, be rising juniors or seniors (18 years or older), maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above, and demonstrate a strong interest in news, media, and the journalism industry.
What is the application deadline for this internship?
The application deadline is Friday, February 28th. However, it's recommended to apply as soon as possible as applications may close earlier due to high volume.
Will this internship be paid?
Yes, this internship is a paid opportunity with a competitive hourly wage of $19 per hour for undergrad interns.
Is relocation assistance provided for interns?
No, relocation assistance is not provided for this internship.
What are the program date options for the internship?
The program has two date options: Option 1 is from June 2nd to August 15th, and Option 2 is from June 9th to August 22nd.
What kind of work will I be doing as an intern?
As an intern, you will assist with day-to-day administration of events and programs, coordinate inventory of event assets, manage event calendars, source and build relationships with venues and vendors, and support NY-based Studio Tours.
Is there a GPA requirement for this internship?
Yes, candidates must be in academic good standing with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
