Where is the CNN Race & Equality Internship located?
This internship is located in the NYC area.
What are the responsibilities of the intern in this position?
The intern will be responsible for researching developing and breaking news stories, fact-checking, logging tapes, conducting interviews, pitching story ideas, and writing brief news copy.
What qualifications and experience are required for this internship?
The intern must be located in NY, provide writing samples, be curious, an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, have research skills, be digitally literate, and be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising Junior or Senior with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
Are international students eligible for this internship?
Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates on student or exchange visas will not be eligible for this internship.
When does the intern need to be available to work in the office?
The intern will be expected to join in the office on a regular basis based on the intern manager's in-office schedule.
