What are the required qualifications for this Co-Op position with Delta Crew Tracking?
To qualify for this Co-Op position, candidates must be currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university. They should have knowledge of SQL or Database query tool(s) with SAS being preferred, but not required. Experience with process improvement methodologies is also preferred. Additionally, candidates should have strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA, and Access is required. Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint is preferred but not required. It is also important for candidates to have a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency, be at least 18 years of age, and have authorization to work in the United States.
What is the schedule for the co-op rotations?
The Co-Op will be required to complete three alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA. The schedule for these rotations is as follows: the first rotation will be in Spring 2025, the second rotation will be in Fall 2025, and the third rotation will be in Summer 2026.
What tasks will the Co-Op be responsible for?
The Co-Op will be responsible for identifying manual processes that can be improved through data automation, designing and implementing replacements to increase efficiency and accuracy, gathering feedback to understand the team's workload, and collaborating on the documentation of processes. They will also work on delivering data-driven solutions to improve Crew Tracking strategy and decision-making.
