  • Collaborate with the Cyber Security Services team to document and maintain technical processes, procedures, workflow diagrams, and presentations.
  • Assist with cyber security assessment activities for internal technologies/systems and third-party vendors.
  • Assist in the development of Request for Proposal (RFP) and business justification documents to acquire various technologies.
  • Gather information from technical and nontechnical subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write technical specifications and process documentation.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting status of cyber security projects.
  • Create knowledge articles on cyber security topics for use by both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Create and updating reports using data analytics and presentation software.
  • Research cyber security technologies such as secure email gateways, cloud security tools, application/code scanning, and zero trust network access.
  • Research latest technology trends and incorporating new technologies into planning.
  • Participate in programs and projects that cross intra-organizational boundaries requiring coordination with organization-wide teams.
