Description

  • Knowledge such as accounting, general administrative principles, communications, marketing, personnel, finance, training, business and other non-scientific fields.

Requirements

  • What It Takes To Succeed:
  • Must be able to work in a team setting.
  • Must exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • This is a paid opportunity for a student working a minimum of 15-20 hours per week. However, work hours and schedules may fluctuate based on departmental needs.
  • Applicant must be enrolled and attending a minimum of six (6) college credits per semester (100 or higher-level courses).
  • Pay rate is $18.75 per hour for an undergraduate intern and $20.80 per hour for a graduate intern.

  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Excel

  • Microsoft Windows
  • Education:
  • College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.

  • Create compatible unit estimates within WAM Maximo for Telecom Systems personnel
  • Perform job closings within WAM Maximo for Telecom Systems personnel
  • Process asset updates within WAM Maximo for Telecom Systems personnel
  • Support Telecom Systems personnel as needed
